The Nohemi Gonzalez Scholarship: in Palais Bourbon: a unique opportunity for American students to learn about the French legislative process at the Palais Bourbon both National Assembly and Senate sides; students can also enroll in a University course of their choice.

French Parlament legislative Fellowships provide a unique approach to international relations, global economics, intercultural relations, globalization, leadership and global gouvernance, culture; it is crafted for students with an interest in foreign policy, international affairs, cultural diplomacy.

Students will intern within French legislative institutions; these historical buildings stand at the heart of French institutional life; the National Assembly and the Senate
provide a unique opportunity for American students willing to study about French legislation and the making of Law and Democracy. The French Parliament is bicameral.
Legislative Assignment
Palais Bourbon interns learn to professionally represent a Senator or a Deputy and prepare materials for meetings, briefings and hearings, work closely with administrative offices.

Students can chose among courses available for international students at our partners' institutions. They can choose between distance or in class learning.

A graduate student with a Bachelor in French Literature and a Minor in Spanish at California State University Long Beach (CSULB), Margaux Stancil was the second recipient of the Nohemi Gonzalez-Palais Bourbon Scholarship and interned within French Senator from Normandie Sonia de la Provôté's office.
Kathleen Bradshaw is a graduate from the University of New Orleans
with a Bachelor in French and Arts; she studied French Literature, Language and Culture at the University of Paris Sorbonne; Kathleen interned within French-American Senator Damien Regnard's office and later at the National Assembly within French Deputy Claude de Ganay's office from Loiret.
